Workshop Repair Rates
CAD are on Apple’s largest repair centres for warranty and out of warranty service. With Apple Authorised Mac Technicians in each of our authorised locations we can offer you expert repair with the fastest possible turnaround. We collect and deliver laptops, netbooks, desktop and mobile devices nationwide.*
In Warranty
- If your Apple product is within warranty, you have the option to post it to us or bring it into one of our repair centres (click here to find your closest centre). We can also arranage collection if you require.
- If you do wish to post your product to us, please enclose your contact details to include your name, address, telephone number and email address. Please provide details of the fault.
- If you require a data recovery please inform us of this.
Out of Warranty
- If your Apple product is within warranty, you have the option to post it to us or bring it into one of our repair centres (click here to find your closest centre). We can also arranage collection if you require.

- £15 (inc. vat) evaluation fee will be applied should you choose not to go ahead with repair.
iPod / iPad
- If you are having problems with your Apple iPod or iPad, we advise you to follow the steps recommended on the Apple website. Click for Apple Support
- If you are still having problems you have the option to post it to us or bring it into one of our repair centres (click here to find your closest centre). We can also arranage collection if you require.
- If you do wish to post your product to us, please enclose your contact details to include your name, address, telephone number and email address. Please provide details of the fault.
- If the iPod or iPad is covered under Apple warranty, you will be provided with an exchange iPod if we identify a hardware failure.
- If the iPod or iPad is no longer covered under Apple warranty, you will be provided with a quotation for repair or an exchange. There is no charge to evaluate iPod’s or iPad’s
iPhone
- If you are having problems with your Apple iPhone, we advise you to follow the steps recommended on the Apple website or visit an Apple Retail Store. Click for Apple Support
- If you would like help to setup your iPhone and need help with software issues with your iPhone or iTunes you can call us or visit it one of a repair centres (click here to find your closest centre).
- If your iPhone has developed a hardware issue, you will need to contact Apple directly or visit an Apple retail store
Repair Strategy
- Call us or arrange a repair online
- If you have requested a collection, then ensure you have packaged your product and it is ready for collection.
- If you have not requested a collection, please click here to find your closest centre.
- Ensure you have backed up all your data. If your are unable to backup please call us to discuss data recovery options.
- Your repair will be evaluated within 48 hours and you will be provided with a quotation. If your product is covered under warranty you will not be provided with a quotation.
- Once you accept the quotation the repair will take approximately 48 hours thereafter to complete. Warranty repairs are normally completed within 72 hours.
- Once you repair is completed, you will be contacted to arrange delvery or advised that your product is ready for collection.
Cost

At CAD pricing is made simple. All laptops and desktops cost £15 (inc VAT) for an evalaution. After the evaluation we will provide you with an exact quotation for the repair and the work that is required. The evaluation fee is only charged if you decide not to proceed with the repair. It is completely free to evaluate any mobile device.
